30-Day Puppy Return Policy

At Elegant French Bulldog Puppies, the health and well-being of our puppies is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring every puppy goes to a loving and responsible home. This policy ensures that, if circumstances arise, the puppy can be returned safely and rehomed appropriately.

Eligibility for Return

A puppy may be returned under the following conditions:

• The buyer is unable to keep the puppy within 30 days of adoption.
• The puppy is found to have undisclosed health issues present at the time of adoption.

Return Process

1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us by phone or email within 30 days of bringing your puppy home.
2. Provide Documentation: Include veterinary records, proof of vaccinations, and details about the puppy’s current health and living conditions.
3. Safe Transportation: The puppy must be returned safely to our care. Shipping or transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Deposits

• Refunds for returned puppies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the puppy’s health, condition, and any veterinary treatments performed during the adoption period.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your puppy and cover initial care and breeding costs.
• If a return is approved, the refund amount will reflect the puppy’s condition and overall well-being.

Health and Welfare

• Puppies must be returned in good health. Any signs of neglect, improper care, or mistreatment may affect eligibility for a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the puppy’s welfare has been compromised.

Rehoming Commitment

Our primary concern is the puppy’s welfare. If returning the puppy is not possible, we will assist in re-homing or placement to ensure the puppy continues to live in a safe, loving home.
